Space is an expensive asset, managing it requires skill and knowledge to be able to get the most value out of your asset. In order to achieve this, tools are required. This book is a particularly useful tool. It has plenty of examples of how other organisations have solved problems (that are common to many organisations). It is an extremely good guide from Strategic Planning, to the provision of a flexible workspace.Ive actually found that Ive quite enjoyed reading this outside the workspace, which is a danger, but then I am a space manager at a University!
